Requested Delivery Date: Monday morning or if available, the day before your first selling date, if you start later in the week. Delivery dates based on availability.

Sample BoxWould you like to add a Sample Box to your program? Items are used for student previews and selling table set up. Items are provided on consignment and should be sold along with your bulk inventory during your sale.

Bargain BoxWould you like to add a Bargain Box to your program? Bargain Box includes a variety of discounted items that may been in a previous years gift shop. Reorders are not guaranteed on Bargain Box items. Items are provided on consignment.

Terms and Conditions

Not use competitive commercial merchandise in the gift shop program.
Display all merchandise and make every effort to sell out of the amount of merchandise delivered.
Not mark prices or put labels on individual items, or on boxes, cartons or bags and understand that Frosty's Friends will not accept returned items that have been marked or labeled.
You agree to complete a billing summary to calculate the amount of money owed to Frosty's Friends. You are responsible for any merchandise that is not returned to Frosty's Friends.
Have merchandise ready for pick-up by Frosty's Friends the day the sale is over. If merchandise was shipped, customer agrees to ship merchandise back to Frosty's Friends the day the sale is over.
Total payment is due when unsold merchandise is picked up or returned. If your payment is processed through the school district, arrangements must be made PRIOR to your scheduled pick-up or return. Bonus is void if payment is not made as agreed. 1 1/2% per month will be added to the unpaid balance.
Pay a $1,250.00 minimum billing to Frosty's Friends. Waived the 1st year we provide the program for organizations with enrollment or participation of 300 or higher.
A $1,250.00 minimum billing is required to receive any multiprogram discounts.
Pay a $1,250.00 cancellation fee if the program is cancelled after October 1st.
